I have a doctorate in the field of Clinical-Health Psychology. My practice is geared toward treating adults and older adolescents with anxiety disorders and depression. I also work with people who have medical issues and who also may need to address behavioral modification needs resulting from medical conditions-such as diabetes, cardiac disease. This also includes working on weight management, sleep and smoking cessation.
I am licensed in New Jersey and New York.

I have a practice that focuses on treatment of individuals who are aged 16 and older. My training and theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy. Treatment is individually tailored to each person's needs. I look to create a warm environment to foster change.
My practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. These include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Panic Disorder. I also routinely treat depression and dysthymia. I also have experience treating trichotillomania, insomnia, adjustment disorders, and chronic pain.
I strive, with each person in my practice, to remember the specifics about their situation and needs. I try to create a process approach to learning new skills and supporting change.
