About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor who works with a variety of clients on multiple issues.
At our practice, we work with clients who are ready to better understand themselves and move through patterns that may be holding them back. Many of the people we see struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or stress—especially in relationships and work settings. We recognize how challenging this can feel, and we’re here to support you in processing those emotions while learning healthier ways to cope. Our therapy goals often include building emotional resilience, improving self-esteem, and gaining clarity around the choices you make. Above all, we want you to feel safe, supported, and empowered as you grow, reflect, and heal.
