About me
I am a Certified Clinical Integral Hypnotherapist, Somatic Practitioner and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana with over 25 years of clinical experience.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to support you in your healing process, help you reconnect with your inner strengths, and uncover the deeper potential already within you.
While we cannot change difficult experiences from the past, we can work together to better understand how those experiences may still be affecting your present life, your body, your relationships, and your sense of self.
My approach is interactive, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in practical tools for change. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with mind-body approaches, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other evidence-informed practices.
Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult — especially if you are used to being the strong one. Many of my clients come to me carrying trauma, stress, addiction recovery challenges, military-related experiences, or simply the weight of holding everything together for others. You don’t have to do that alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor with over 25 years of experience. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, substance use recovery, and crisis-related stress. I have extensive experience supporting active-duty military, veterans, and individuals impacted by disaster and critical incidents.
My approach is interactive, grounded, and solution-focused. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). I am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist Fellow, having completed 500 hours of advanced training in Clinical Integral Hypnotherapy and Medical Support Hypnotherapy.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I provide practical tools and thoughtful feedback while creating a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or misunderstood. I am mindful that our experiences are shaped by family, culture, community, and life history. These factors matter, and they are respected in our work together.
Whether you are navigating trauma, addiction recovery, military stress, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and sustainable change.
If you are considering therapy, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. We can talk about what’s bringing you in and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
