About me
Creating a warm and empowering space for overthinkers, high achievers and individuals facing anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues to heal and thrive.
On the outside, you may look like you have it all together, but internally you’re overthinking, feeling anxious, and emotionally drained. You’re used to being “the strong one,” yet your relationships feel confusing, your boundaries are inconsistent, and you’re tired of carrying everything on your own. You may find yourself stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences or childhood trauma, unsure how to move forward. I work with women, college students, and young adults to help them break these cycles, manage anxiety and depression, build confidence, and feel more grounded, secure and in control of their lives.
My approach is direct, supportive and insight-driven. Together, we’ll identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop practical tools you can use in your daily life. I create a space where you can fully be yourself while feeling supported and understood. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer free consultations to ensure we’re a good fit.
