About me
I am a queer and neurodivergent clinician, specializing in LGBTQ+ individual, family, and couples therapy.
Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a major life transition, therapy can offer a space to make sense of what you're carrying. I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and are ready to move toward greater self-understanding.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify what matters most to you, and build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. I am trained to support neurodivergent clients and provide affirming, strengths-based care that honors different ways of thinking, communicating, and relating. I also utilize Gottman Method interventions to help couples strengthen communication and connection.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist matters. My goal is to provide an affirming space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and see if we're a good fit.
