Aiyana is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of nursing experience working in settings that include addiction treatment, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient psychiatry. Over the years, Aiyana has experienced the privilege of supporting people through some of their most challenging moments, and those experiences have shaped how she approaches care today. Throughout her career, Aiyana has been passionate about supporting individuals through mental health and substance use challenges with compassion, respect, dignity, and without judgment.
