About me
I am a registered member of the BACP and have been practicing as a counsellor for over 10 years, I have trained within the NHS as a bereavement counsellor and a within a specialist women and children’s antenatal counselling centre.
I have also worked in mental health recovery for over 4 years. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor but also work in an integrated way, which means I also support my clients as a mentor and life coach.
I have experience of working with women who have been diagnosed with Asperger’s, OCD, ADHD, Depression and Anxiety.
As well as those going through and dealing with the effects of family conflicts, trauma, abuse and grief. I have experience of working with women who have postnatal and antenatal depression as well as supporting clients after the loss of a child.
I work with you to create an open and safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
