About me
I am an seasoned holistic clinical-community psychologist, passionate about supporting BIPOC and women in healing.
I approach my life and practice in ways that center holistic wellness, healing, ancestral wisdom, mindfulness, nature, culture, and spirituality. These have been central components of my own healing and I see these as essential for wellness and healing - both individually and collectively. I’m that therapist who encourages mindfulness practice, mind-body movement, yoga, connecting with the earth, ancestral practices, spiritual practices, mindful eating, food as medicine, and holistic wellness practices.
