About me
I have been providing therapy since 2017 after earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and concerns, including problem sexual behaviors, disabilities, substance use disorders, trauma, OCD, and other mental health challenges.
I am trained in EMDR and ERP—evidence-based approaches used to treat PTSD and OCD—and also incorporate CBT and DBT into my work. I am passionate about serving members of the community and strive to support each client in building practical skills, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My goal is to support you in building the skills and confidence needed so that therapy is no longer necessary. I primarily operate from a CBT-based theoretical framework and focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that promote lasting change.
I am especially passionate about working with OCD and have extensive experience treating it using ERP. I also enjoy working with trauma and am currently working toward EMDR certification to further deepen my expertise in this area.
During our first session, we will work together to complete a comprehensive assessment that helps me better understand your needs, experiences, and goals. This process allows us to collaboratively develop a clear plan for how we can work together to support meaningful progress.
