About me

With a person-centered approach, I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore and process thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your pace.

My therapeutic style is not one size fits all; we will work together to trial skills and tools across various modalities that might be applicable, including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and IPT (and I will ensure you know the what & why). I am passionate about the fact that mental health is a major component of the overall health and wellness of all persons. I work with adults 19+, specializing in generalized anxiety, social anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD and Autism, PMDD, life with chronic illnesses, and relational challenges. While I see those older than 19, I particularly enjoy working with young adults or those navigating life transitions. I believe in the potential of every person and find it incredibly rewarding to witness individuals overcome obstacles, develop new coping strategies, and work toward self-actualization & enhanced self-worth. I consider it a privilege to be a part of others' journeys. I approach therapy from a compassionate, inquisitive, empathetic, & humanistic lens. In our first session together, I will compassionately gauge what is most important to you, where you have been, and where you want to be. We will discuss aspects of your personal and treatment histories so that I can build understanding, as well as anything else that would be important (or fun) for me to know!
