Hi! I'm Aili (rhymes with smiley). I am a client-centered, holistic therapist specialized in building healthy relationships and healing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I help people who feel lost, stuck, or otherwise thrown off balance. I guide people with "toxic" relationships to identify their needs and build up boundaries. I support people with overwhelming anxiety to find relaxation and peace. I help people with intrusive negative thoughts to discover purpose and enthusiasm for life.
