About me
I am South African with experience in many countries and cultures and I am a member of Growth and Change Counseling. I am passionate about helping people experience results quickly and meaningfully. I deal with every issue and I am fluent in English and Afrikaans.
I specialize in helping individuals who are dealing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation concerns, and addiction issues in their life. Almost all mental health issues are rooted in the breakdown, or collapse of relationships and the pain of it. That's why anxious, addicted, and depressed people isolate. I am a relationships oriented therapist that provides that safe place for you to grow and heal. Together we can explore the priniciples of relational intelligence that will enable you to thrive and find satisfaction in your life.
Every person has a unique story and I’d love to hear yours. You can expect to have practical relational homework that you will apply in your daily life in between sessions. Sessions become a catalyst where we explore areas that you are wanting to change and identify the practical steps that you will implement into your life in between sessions.
