At the Oasis Health Ventures, I work with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, counselors, specialists, and coordinators; to provide a range of treatment services to address concerns and/or issues including, but not limited to:

- Substance Use Disorders (For both individuals and their family members).
- Depression and Anxieties
- Self Distortion (Doubt, shame, self-esteem, and self-image)
- Wellness, spirituality, and mindfulness
- Grief (Loss, attachment, and trauma)
- Gender and Sexuality (LGBTQ+)
- Couples and Family (Conflict resolution, boundary setting, intimacy, attachment, and communication difficulties)
- Developmental Delays
- Life Transitions
- Minority and Cultural Challenges

Our therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered and trauma informed approach. Providing individualized care that sees and meets each client uniquely. This is done by integrating techniques to promote whole health within each of the eight “Dimensions of Wellness” - Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual.

At Oasis we foster a safe space, free from judgement, where clients are encouraged to be and express themselves to process difficult experiences. Working together we will build treatment plans, safety plans, and discharge plans to set clear plans of action for treatment, coping strategies, and continuum of care. Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other practices we empower our clients to navigate life’s complex situations and strengthen resilience.
