I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) dedicated to helping adults navigate complex trauma and anxiety. My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your body and mind. I believe in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where my client can process difficult experiences at their own pace. In our sessions, we will work together to build coping strategies that foster long-term resilience and empowerment. I work with couples and individuals to navigate life transitions and improve communication. In addition, our practice at Oasis creates a secure, collaborative environment using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you break through negative interaction cycles. We provide counselling for those dealing with infidelity, parenting challenges, or feeling disconnected.

Our therapeutic approach has a holistic framework and Family Systems foundation, integrating techniques to promote WholePerson Wellness within each of the eight Dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual,
Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual. I provide you with individualized care to meet your unique needs.
At the Oasis Health Ventures, I work with multidisciplanairy team of social workers and counsellors to provide you with counseling services to address concerns or issues, including, but not limited to:
