Hi, I’m Aeryn.
Life throws a lot at us — deadlines, relationships, family, work, past experiences, and the weight of mental health on top of it all. Many of my clients come to me not because they’re “broken,” but because they’re tired of carrying it all alone and want practical, compassionate support to move forward.

I work with people from all walks of life from ages 13 and older. I provide teletherapy that can address depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, stress and burnout, and many more. I am focused on being curious and learning more about you and how you interact with the world around you.

My style is straightforward and collaborative. I believe therapy should give you tools you can use right away while also helping you uncover patterns that keep you stuck. I draw from approaches like ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, but always adapt them so they feel practical and accessible in your everyday life.

I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help you sort through what’s heavy, make sense of what you’re facing, and design a life worth living — even when your mental health feels like it’s in the way.
