I'm a licensed clinical social worker specializing in gender identity, substance use, and anxiety. I provide in-person, virtual, and outdoor therapy based in Oakland, CA.

I’m passionate about working with people who want a deeper, more caring connection with themselves. I specialize in gender identity, anxiety, and substance use - I do not require or push abstinence. I tend to connect most effectively with folks who are trans, queer, kinky, helping professionals, creatives, students, recent graduates, artists, nonmonogamous, neurodivergent, witchy, and/or spiritually inclined.

My style weaves together somatic practices, mindfulness, parts work, and harm reduction. Using your strengths and honoring your boundaries, we will practice non-judgmentally noticing and responding to what’s going on for you.

I do this work because I believe in the interdependent nature of individual and collective healing and liberation. When we experience healing, we become better equipped to support the healing of others. I do not view suffering as pathology. I contextualize client experiences within systems of power and oppression. I honor ancient cultural practices and I challenge the supremacy of modern, Western medical models.
