About me
As an experiential therapist, I engage with clients in active dialogue to develop a therapeutic relationship that serves as the foundation for positive relationships with self and others. I often work with clients who have struggled in the past to find a therapist who is "a good fit,” clients wanting to live a more authentic life, and clients with existential issues related to trauma, grief and loss, identity, life and career transitions, illness, emotional neglect, and attachment wounds.
I create a nonjudgmental space and provide support with openness for whatever a client brings to the session and to identify what is authentic and personally meaningful to clarify and achieve their goals. I incorporate CBT, skills-focused, and humanistic-existential interventions in support of these processes.
Do you feel so overwhelmed by the past, present, and the weight of the world that you do not even know where to begin? I am here to help you get started.
