About me
I am a psychiatrist who completed my residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Before that, I earned both my MD and PhD from Wake Forest School of Medicine, where my doctoral research focused on exploring the biological and neural mechanisms underlying mindfulness-based pain relief. I also hold a Master of Public Health from the University of Memphis and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
My clinical focus is on helping individuals achieve optimal mental health by combining traditional medication management with psychotherapy and holistic modalities. I incorporate supplements, herbal therapies, and mind-body interventions to create a comprehensive, personalized approach to care.

I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why I take an integrative approach, combining traditional medication management with psychotherapy and holistic therapies such as supplements, herbal treatments, and mind-body interventions. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering care that is tailored to your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me. Together, we can work toward balance, resilience, and a better quality of life.
