Adriana Mascolli, AMFT

I am a relational Somatic Therapist, Group Facilitator and Leadership Faculty with 25 years of working experience with organizations, teams, and individuals.
My work is trauma informed and has been refined the last decade by my studies and practices in Peri and Pre-Natal Psychology and my studies and work on inter-personal inter-generational and collective trauma.

I practice relational somatic psychotherapy with an emphasis on the present moment. I believe the relational space created by client and therapist offers a lot of information - including information that is ripe to be witnessed and understood by the client in a new way, offering new possibilities for the client's ways of relating and being. In this process, attuning to the body and emotions are gateways for deepening into the experience and becoming more intimate with one's authentic being.

I work at the auspices of Resonant Source Therapy Training & Consulting, supervised by Tracy P. Smith, PsyD, PSY24366.

My goal is to support my clients to be more present (living more consciously and intentionally), while increasing the quality of their well-being.
​I support my clients in finding clarity around their real motivations and moving towards what they want in life – aligned with their values and authentic being. This process includes affirming clients in their strengths and competences, deeper knowing, and developed intelligence. It also includes expanding their awareness around their unconscious patterns, conditionings, and defense strategies, so they can be more fully at choice. I offer a warm holding and attunement, and also direct guidance and reflection to support my cleints shift their patterns that no longer serve them.

I enjoy working with people who are brave to learn and deepen their relationship to themselves and humble to expand their capacities to be relational to others in authentic and transparent ways. I support my clients to witness and evolve their relationship to themselves and to others.

I am trained in several somatic modalities, and I am particularly influenced by Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi.​​​ For the last 7 years, I have been studying, practicing, and working in the field of Race, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – which I considers an integral part of our collective healing work.

I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and I am immigrant to the United States, where I live with my husband and kids. I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
