About me
I help adults heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions through compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to their unique experiences and goals.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, recovering from painful experiences, or seeking greater clarity and purpose, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and build the life you want.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. Every treatment plan is individualized because no two people experience life in the same way.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build resilience that extends beyond our sessions.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive psychological immigration evaluations for asylum, VAWA, Extreme Hardship, U Visa, and T Visa cases, delivering clinically sound assessments for attorneys and their clients with professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
My practice, ELIVĀT Collective Integrative Therapy, offers secure telehealth services for adults throughout Florida, making high-quality mental health care accessible wherever you are. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you're returning after time away, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
