About me

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults heal from trauma, overcome emotional distress, and restore balance in their relationships, personal lives, and professional responsibilities.

Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning professionals, leaders, and caregivers who carry significant responsibility in their lives. While they may appear strong and capable outwardly, internally they may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. Therapy provides a space where they can slow down, process their experiences, and regain clarity and stability.

With over 18 years of clinical experience, I help adults navigate complex emotional and relational challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship conflict, intimacy issues, and difficulties with boundaries and communication.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, IMAGO relationship therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This combination allows us to address both the emotional and neurobiological impact of trauma and stress.

In our work together, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where clients feel understood and supported. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into the patterns affecting your life, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and move toward lasting healing and personal growth.

I provide virtual therapy for adults in Arizona and offer sessions in both English and Spanish to ensure clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural and comfortable.

Seeking support can feel like a difficult step, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
