About me

I have over 14 years of experience supporting individuals in their journey to personal growth.

I believe in each person’s innate capacity to heal. As your therapist, my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and empowered. You are the expert on your own life, and together, we’ll explore the challenges you are facing and work toward meaningful relief, growth, and transformation.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work-related stress, relationship conflict, breakups/divorce, family issues, and identity-related experiences involving race, culture, and gender. My approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, reflection, and empowerment.
I received my BS in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and my MA in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Seattle, Washington.
Reaching out for support is a courageous step. I’m here to walk with you through whatever you’re carrying—at your pace, in your way.
