About me
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over a decade of experience in healthcare. I help individuals and families regain stability, independence, and an improved quality of life through medical management and individualized therapy. I specialize in the treatment in treating conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, eating disorders, substance use disorders, alcohol use disorder and schizophrenia.
I have over a decade of experience in healthcare. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using a holistic and personalized approach. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing your concerns. With my dual training in primary care and mental health, I am especially skilled in working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions, as well as those with complex or underserved needs.
