About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who treats individuals throughout the lifespan and I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral and client-centered therapy to promote healing and desired change. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is strength based, fluid and is shaped by the different needs of each client. I have experience working with clients in the community, outpatient, inpatient, and hospital settings. I believe that truly knowing yourself allows you the personal freedom to handle life’s challenges more peacefully and gracefully.
We all have unconscious beliefs that guide our actions, thoughts, and feelings and therapy can be a wonderful way to understand those beliefs, and figure out if they are useful to us or holding us back. When that happens, my clients see any number of positive things start to occur.
I'm committed to providing a therapeutic environment where you are safe and free from judgement. My client-centered goals are to help you make sense of your experiences and increase self-awareness.
