About me
Do you or your child/teen feel like your thoughts are always racing, or that it’s hard to stay focused, organized, or in control of your emotions? Maybe school, work, or relationships feel overwhelming, and you’re tired of feeling misunderstood or “too much.” I understand how exhausting that can be. Together, we can build practical tools to calm your mind, improve focus, and regulate emotions so life feels more manageable and balanced again.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician working in ABA with children and teens diagnosed with Autism. My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems work to help clients understand what’s happening in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how to respond effectively in real time. Together, we build concrete, easy-to-use skills that can be applied in everyday situations at school, home, work, or in relationships. With a background in behavioral work, I take a solution-focused approach where we don’t just explore challenges—we actively work on tools to manage them. Sessions often focus on what’s happening in the moment, identifying triggers, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthening emotional regulation and coping skills. Over time, clients develop a personalized toolkit to manage overwhelm, improve focus, regulate emotions, and navigate relationships more effectively. My goal is to help you feel more in control, confident, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.
