About me
I am an experinced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with a variety of clients. I mostly work with adults who have depression , trauma issues and anxiety. I love my work and look forward to meeting with my clients.
I am willing to work with a variety of people who are coping with such issues as trauma, depression and anxiety. I look forward to listening, establishing goals with clients and helping them cope with issues.
Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Psychodynamic Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, Trauma Systems Therapy and Trauma Informed CBT, ACT, ARC, Cognitive Processing Therapy
Disorders Treated: Agoraphobia, PTSD, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Panic Disorders, Bipolar, ADHD, Mood Disorder, Personality Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Major Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, and Issues related to being a refugee.
I am now a Star Behavioral Health Provider and am approved to work with active members of the military. I also just received a certificate in Trauma Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation.
I have an office in Lewiston but am open to telehealth and doing home visits especially with the elderly and homebound community.
