About me
I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 8 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, individual adults and families across both inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them build resilience, insight, and self-empowerment. I’m always open to exploring new opportunities and expanding my professional network in the mental health field.
You can call me Abby. I’m a mental health professional with more than eight years of experience supporting clients through periods of growth, transition, and healing. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults ages 16 to 30, and have a strong focus on women’s issues. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, with gentle humor woven in when it helps clients feel at ease. I am solution-oriented and practical, and I offer direct insight when it is needed. My work is rooted in CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches, all delivered through a trauma-informed lens.
