I am a therapist dedicated to supporting women and couples through life's challenges, focusing on infertility, the transition to parenthood, menopause, and significant relationship changes, including empty-nesting, spousal caregiving, and divorce. There is a healing path forward.

Dedicated to supporting women and couples through life's pivotal seasons, I provide therapeutic support for navigating infertility, the transition to parenthood, menopause, and complex relationship dynamics. My practice is centered on empowering clients to regain a sense of joy and peace.
I utilize an integrative, trauma-informed approach to help clients feel grounded and capable as they navigate situations often beyond their control. I have a special passion for supporting clients through infertility, miscarriage, TFMR, and infant loss, and have received advanced training through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

I bring a down-to-earth approach, and my goal is to combine warm, compassionate, person-centered therapy with the latest research in mental health, with an emphasis on women's mental health. I am a champion of self-care and self-love. I utilize healing modalities including mindfulness, somatic techniques, and Brainspotting.

I offer in-person appointments in my Waunakee Office and telehealth appointments. I offer flexible scheduling and a sliding pay scale. It is an honor to walk beside my clients on their journeys.
