About me
I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults find healing, hope, and emotional growth through evidence-based and faith-integrated therapy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) who works with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I believe healing happens best in a collaborative, compassionate environment where you are treated with respect, understanding, and genuine care.
My approach to therapy is individualized and evidence-based, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian counseling, thoughtfully incorporating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process while honoring each client’s personal beliefs and values.
I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and struggles related to self-esteem or faith. I am passionate about helping clients develop practical tools, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Above all, I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for growth, you don’t have to walk this journey alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, clarity, and renewed hope.
