About me

I am a Christian marriage and family therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate sexual struggles, emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges with compassion and care.

You may be here because you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you’ve tried to stop using pornography, but no matter how determined you feel, you find yourself relapsing and wondering what’s wrong with you. Maybe you’re carrying shame, secrecy, or exhaustion from trying to manage it all on your own.

You may be navigating the aftermath of infidelity—whether you were the one who was hurt or the one who caused harm—and you don’t know how to move forward. You might feel disconnected from your partner, unsure if trust can be rebuilt, or afraid that things will never feel safe again.

Or maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm and wondering where God is in all of it. You may feel confused, distant from your faith, or frustrated that prayer alone hasn’t fixed what you’re going through.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I am a Christian Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with individuals and couples navigating emotional pain, trauma, sexual struggles, anxiety, relational conflict, and faith-related concerns. I believe healing isn’t about forcing yourself to change—it’s about understanding what’s underneath your struggles, learning new ways of relating to yourself and others, and creating space for honest, meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, ashamed, disconnected, or unsure of how they got here. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to perform, hide, or have it all figured out. You are allowed to show up exactly as you are.

I integrate evidence-based therapy with the option to include Christian faith when it aligns with your values and goals. Some clients want faith to be a central part of their healing, while others prefer a more clinically focused approach. Both are welcome here. Therapy is not about pressure—it’s about curiosity, safety, and learning what your emotions, behaviors, and relationships are trying to tell you.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, identity questions, intimacy and sexuality concerns, problematic sexual behaviors, relational disconnection, infidelity, and spiritual struggles. I also support couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore emotional and sexual connection.

Healing happens in relationship. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
