About me
I am a compassionate therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health and behavioral challenges. I specialize in supporting kids and teens struggling with emotional regulation, trauma, depression, anxiety, and high-risk behaviors, while also providing effective care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and unresolved trauma.
I provide exclusively virtual therapy, offering accessible and consistent support for children, teens, and adults across Texas. My practice is built on a warm, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe being themselves, exploring their struggles, and working toward meaningful change. I show up as my authentic self in every session, blending clinical expertise with genuine compassion to foster trust, emotional growth, and healing.
I am passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier coping skills, and work through challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Using evidence-based approaches and a collaborative style, I strive to create a therapeutic space that encourages self-awareness, resilience, and personal development, empowering each client to move toward stability, confidence, and emotional wellness.
My professional experience includes working as a therapist in both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, where I have supported adolescents and adults with acute mental health needs. In these structured levels of care, I facilitated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy sessions, focusing on stabilization, emotional safety, and skill-building for long-term recovery. I have extensive experience collaborating with families to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create supportive home environments that foster healing and growth.
I have experience supporting individuals and families who are navigating medical trauma, chronic illness, and terminal diagnoses. I understand the emotional weight that comes with facing serious or life-limiting health conditions, and I provide a compassionate, grounded space for clients to process grief, fear, anticipatory loss, and the many layers of adjustment that accompany these experiences. I also work closely with caregivers of terminally ill loved ones, helping them manage emotional exhaustion, stress, and the complex balance of caring for others while caring for themselves. My goal is to offer understanding, strength, and practical support during some of life’s most vulnerable and challenging moments.
