About me
I have 25 years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals, children and families. I specialize in coping skills and beliefs connected to anxiety, depression and chronic illness. I also provide EMDR therapy online.

I've been working with families, women and children for over twenty years. I've blended providing direct counseling services with oversight and leadership of mental health service providers. I am trained in EMDR treatment and have been providing it for over three years to address trauma, anxiety and depression.
