About me
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping people of all ages heal from trauma, chronic illness, burnout, anxiety, and depression.
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to get through each day, and to move forward after painful experiences. Maybe you’re worried you will always feel this way. Whatever you’re going through, I will meet you with honesty, warmth, and some humor, and we will work together toward your goals as a team. I believe we are impacted by our circumstances and the world around us, and I approach every client with an open mind - recognizing that your background, identity, and lived experience are central to who you are and how we’ll work together. This is a safe space and everyone is welcome.
I provide therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult experiences and realize your own strength. I'll be direct — expect to be gently challenged. Together we'll work on questioning and dismantling negative core beliefs, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building healthy boundaries, and finding coping skills that actually work for you.
Our first session is about you. We'll walk through what to expect & your rights as a client, and you'll have space to ask questions. Building trust and rapport is what makes this work possible so we'll begin there, and I'll gather important background info. After our first meeting my goal is you’ll feel heard, understood, & hopeful that growth is possible.
