About me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who supports parents and caregivers, and individuals living with chronic illness, pain and lasting impacts of trauma.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or are you carrying the weight of past experiences? You’re not alone - and healing is possible. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who often supports parents and caregivers, and individuals living with chronic illness, pain & lasting impacts of trauma. I love this work and meet each client with an open mind, empathy and an understanding that environment and circumstance can deeply impact our wellbeing. I am empathetic, honest, and straightforward and we will go at a pace that feels safe & manageable. In this space, I strive to ensure you feel seen, supported, and welcome just as you are.
I provide trauma-informed therapy in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult experiences and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll work on building practical coping skills, challenging negative self-beliefs, strengthening healthy boundaries, and reducing the emotional impact of trauma, stress, and caregiver fatigue.
In our first session, I’ll explain what to expect in therapy & your rights. You'll have space to ask questions, we'll start building trust and rapport, I'll gather important information. I am open-minded, empathetic, and straightforward. After our first session, my goal is that you'll feel heard, understood, & hopeful that change and growth are possible.
