About me
I am a dedicated therapist who works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, family challenges, and major life changes. I try to create a space where clients can be honest about what is going on without feeling judged or rushed.
In therapy, I help clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, improve how they manage emotions, strengthen communication and boundaries, and build coping skills that actually fit their daily life. I also pay attention to how past experiences, current stress, and relationships can affect the way someone thinks, feels, and responds. I believe therapy should be supportive but also purposeful. My goal is to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves, feel more confident in how they handle challenges, and make changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
