I work with adults on issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar diagnoses, recovery from addiction, relationship and family dynamics, and self-esteem. Couples counseling also available in person or virtually through a private practice in Voorhees, NJ.

I'm here to offer support, encouragement and an outside perspective, not to judge or criticize. Everything is confidential through HIPAA compliant video-calls or phone, or in person in Voorhees. I've had success helping people in difficult situations start to turn their lives in a different direction and move towards their values and goals in life. Participating in therapy doesn't need to mean that something is "wrong" with you, but can simply be a part of your regular personal self-care routine.
