About me
Hi there! I’m a Kentucky-licensed therapist who works with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma—particularly sexual trauma—and helping them move toward healing at their own pace, in a way that feels safe and empowering.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, dissociation, and life transitions. I also proudly support LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and neurodivergent clients, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood just as you are.
I’m trained in EMDR and love incorporating evidence-based practices into my work, but I also believe therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. My approach is client-centered, meaning we’ll work together to figure out what actually works best for you—your goals, your pace, your voice.
I try to bring a balance of warmth, authenticity, and even a little humor into sessions when it fits. Therapy can be hard, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Whether you’re navigating something specific or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in a way that feels real, collaborative, and tailored to you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
