I am a licensed clinician who has worked in the mental health field for almost 4 decades assisting individuals & couples to develop real life skills for improving their lives and specifically their relationships with themselves & others. I provide in-depth, soul-centered therapy that empowers you to become your most ethical, wise self. I have also provided clinical supervision to other clinicians throughout my career. I am deeply honored to accompany others, encourage, and witness their growth as a human being struggling within lives and situations that are challenging.

I combine western & eastern psychological/spiritual traditions and practices with evidence based practices. I provide information regarding integrated, complementary, nutritional & lifestyle approaches. While drawing from our deepest wisdom together we'll address the issues you are seeking insight and growth from . Being human has its challenges for all of us and can be quite painful yet does not need to lead to suffering when we choose growth. Together we will seek your unique, individualized & relationally focused path to transforming pain and judgment into loving relationships with compassion, balance, and joy. I have studied Relational Life Therapy with Terry Real since 2013, interpersonal neurobiology, and have extensive training in trauma recovery since 80's. I support others in discovering themselves non-judgmentally & compassionately by developing curiosity, building communication & relational skills while assisting in holding yourself fully & lovingly accountable to be your wisest self.
