Kathleen Zamperini is a licensed professional counselor and has 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She holds master’s degrees in counseling psychology and in education, as well as a degree in nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is also certified as an integrative mental health provider. Her book, “Food, Mood, and More: How Food Affects Mood and What You Can Do About It,” was published in 2021. She has spoken at many conferences and webinars, providing education on the benefits of nutrition and improving mental health. She is also a speaker for PESI, Inc.
