About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is dedicated to help pre teens, teens, young adults and adults navigate life.

My name is Zoe Clasen and I am a LPC-A dedicated to helping pre teens, teens, young adults, and adults navigate through life and find the answers they have been looking for but have had trouble finding them alone. For my younger clients, I am there to help with all the struggles that life throws at them from bullying, self esteem issues, grief, social worries, and so much more. Being young in this generation is hard and I am there to be the best support I can be. My young adults and adults, I am here for relationship struggles, anxiety, work related issues, and so much more. Life has a funny way of throwing curve balls, and I can be the one to help make you hit the home run either way!

A little about me, I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce with my Master's of Science in Counseling. I found my calling after I tragically lost my brother in 2011 and had my own experience with counseling. I was able to find healthy coping skills and work through my own grief which helped me grow as a person. I knew I had to be that person for someone some day like my counselor was for me. I have also been a big mental health advocate since I was young, because I realized that our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
I come from a big blended family, with 9 siblings and 3 of them being adopted. I have taken my 3 younger adopted siblings in like my own and have watched them grow with joy. I have had the amazing opportunity of being the older sister to them and seeing how they have flourished and become their own people. They are all teenagers in high school and I have seen how life is for them now, and it makes me appreciate being a counselor even more for the younger population.

I am here to help you grow and become the person you want to be and reach your goals. Counseling does not have to be intimidating or a "bad thing". Everyone should have access to counseling and have the ability to talk about their feelings and problems in a safe environment. I can be that person for you!
