My goal as a therapist is meeting people where they are, helping individuals heal holistically, mentally and emotionally. It is also my goal to assist individuals with improving and stabilizing their wellness and mental stability. I am a potpourri of warmth, nonjudgement, sympathy and caring which allow individuals to feel comfortable, accountable, and at ease with sharing their inner most thoughts and feelings. I come from both sides of the table, I have sat where you are and where you are sitting now is the most important. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, certified in addictions and certified in the treatment of sexual offenders. I have worked with mental health and substance abuse in various levels of care. My areas of expertise are co- occurring disorders, mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, severe and persistently mentally ill, anger management, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, addiction, and LGBTQIA issues.
