Through a strengths-based approach I work with clients to improve self esteem, relationships and overall wellbeing while developing the skills to manage challenges such as anxiety and depression.

Hi! I am Wendy Mosholder-Hart and I appreciate you taking the time to consider me to support you on your wellness journey. For more than 20 years I have been dedicated to helping individuals improve their lives and relationships through mental health counseling.
I believe my greatest gift is aiding individuals to navigate though the transitions that life inevitably brings. Transitions may be through relationships, jobs, life phases, losses, or challenging situations.

Change can be difficult, but all growth requires change.

Change and transitions often increase anxious, depressed, or unpleasant feelings when we struggle to cope. Through an integrative strengths-based approach, I work to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while developing new ways to cope.

I work to support my clients in development of insights into their thoughts and behaviors and how they impact their world. This process of self-discovery helps the individual to eliminate unhelpful patterns, increase self-advocacy and achieve personal goals.

Thank you for taking the brave first step to find a counselor for the first time, or to return to counseling. Your greatest challenge may be your greatest opportunity.

This moment is your moment. Persistence Counseling…because good things take time.
I would appreciate the opportunity to go on your counseling journey with you. Reach out for a consultation call.
