I am a licensed mental health counselor based out of New York City with over 5 years of experience providing therapy to adults. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges which include coping with adverse child traumas, managing compulsive behaviors, and controlling anger. We also have experience with treating attachment issues, life transitions, relationship conflicts, anger and personality adaptations. Some of our work has also focused on promoting the awareness of sexually inappropriate behaviors and assisting individuals in working through them.
