About me
Hello, My name is Virginia and I am glad to be here with you. This space was specifically created to support those experiencing PTSD symptoms, Depression, Anxiety, Narcissistic Abuse, Anger, Relationship issues, Family distress, and desire to replace and understand self-soothing behavior. I strive to create and implement techniques with you to allow yourself the opportunity to improve your life and sense of meaning.
It has been my experience and understanding that experiences can leave you feeling sad, used, alone, and/or hopeless. Sometimes those outcomes can lead to depression, anxiety, trauma or thoughts of just not being here. What has happened to you can impact how you feel about yourself, others, feeling lost and confused, or wondering how to start over. I strive to provide a space to hear you. We will work together to create an approach that you feel best fits your journey no matter where you start. My focus is Trauma Informed Care, Mood/Anxiety, PTSD and Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery. I am here for you.
My passion is focused on diversity and compassion. As a therapist of color, I have dedicated my practice to creating a space of safety and healing. I focus on Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Survivors and Trauma informed care, I cater EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, and Mindfulness to create a holistic approach. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, in healing.
I would like the opportunity to be there with you in taking this first step to being who you want to be, healing from what happened to you, and understanding you are not who you were told you have to be. You don't have to be in this world alone.
My practice was created to provide Holistic Wellness and Recovery to those who may need guidance. You have the strength. I just hold the light for you to see it.
