Struggling with stress or anxiety? Having a hard time with relationships? Have any big life changes lately? I'm taking new clients. Contact me if you feel ready to start working on yourself. I take Aetna, Optum/UBH, and out-of-pocket payments. I'm located in downtown Southington, CT - make sure this is a location that works for you. I’m looking for people who are ready to begin and committed to attending sessions regularly - typically, this means weekly sessions in the beginning. Check with your insurance if you're not sure about your coverage.
I currently specialize in men's issues, however everyone is welcome. My caseload is currently full, but feel free to reach out to see if I have any openings. I Do Not currently offer services for couples therapy, addiction or substance use, children under 10, and eating disorders.
