About me

I am an Existential Phenomenological Psychotherapist (LMHC) who is dedicated to helping you live your best life, embrace uncertainty, live authentically, overcome anxiety & depression, process grief & loss, & confront existential concerns. I work with those who are in relationships that no longer serve them & prevent them from becoming their best selves. Those who are ready to file for divorce, just filed, or are contemplating leaving their partner, or those who are wanting to fix it. Those who feel they must know what will happen in the future. People who have a creative passion but do not make space in their lives for it to flourish. Those who do not leave space in their lives for themselves. People who suffer from writer's block, experience self-doubt, perfectionism, lack of motivation, strive to be productive, never complete projects, fear being successful, & fear failing. I help those who have an overwhelming sense of sadness, negative self-talk, lack of trust in self & others.

Do you struggle with being kind to yourself? Hold yourself in contempt? Do you feel your uncertain as to who your authentic self even is? Or what you want to do in this life? You don’t have to have it all figured out! It is through living our life we find our purpose in it. I help people grapple with our finite nature, navigate change, overcome creative blocks, depression, anxiety, stress, relational conflict, fear of uncertainty, while coming to an acceptance/understanding of the hard truths that exist within life. To where you can live this life with gratitude and fascination in the awareness of its impermanence.

As an Existential-Phenomenological Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I carry my work through presence, authenticity, and relationality. Often times we subject ourselves to relationships that no longer serve us because we feel comfortable. It may feel painful and scary to imagine changing your entire life for a future that is not yet known.

Are you willing to experience the same thing you are today, a year from now? This is not how your life has to be lived. You are powerful and I am here to walk with you through this. The biggest changes in life are our most profound transformations and become pivotal monuments in our lived narrative. Are you ready to change your life?
