How can I help you?! My goal is to make therapy a collaborative space to help you achieve the goals you have for yourself. I have worked with couples, adults, young adults, and teens who are in various phases of life and have had the opportunity to walk with them as they navigate what life has thrown in their directions.
I take an integrated approach to my sessions which means I will tailor what we do to your individual needs. Within this approach, I will also utilize emotion-focused and attachment lenses to help move us along the journey.

Life is hard, but guess what, so are you! So many things are thrown our way on a daily basis and it is so easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and hopeless. We are not created to walk our path alone, and I would love the opportunity to walk with you and help carry those things that are weighing you down. My passion is to be able to help you tell the story of where you have been and then help you shape the story of where you are going!
