About me
I view psychotherapy as a judgement free space to explore some of life's most sensitive and complex experiences. I bring a holistic approach to the therapy room, exploring together with all my training and your experience, how to get you where you desire to be.
Every day I am humbled by working with individuals who have the courage to look in the mirror and work on themselves. I view psychotherapy as an opportunity for growth no matter where you are in your life; whether seeking support in a time of crisis, suffering from a mental illness, working on relationships, or you are simply curious about who you are and how your mind works. My treatment approach and technique are tailored to each client. I value change, to increase self-awareness and individual growth.
I enjoy working with people from different walks of life and have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and non-profit family services agencies. As I have grown more independent, I gravitate toward clients working on depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments, and relationship challenges.
