My two favorite topics to work on are Self Worth & Boundaries. These words are thrown around so much in today's world, I think their meaning gets lost. I give my clients an easier lens for both topics and concrete ways to make changes in their lives. My clinical focus is on how relationship conflicts/self worth/boundaries are influenced by your childhood and early experiences with your parents. It's not about blame, it's about responsibility. I am gently confrontational (yes, I'll call you out). I am active, I will engage. My aim is to help you tune inward, take control, and feel empowered in your life.
