About me
Keeping everything bottled in might seem like a good idea, but you are bound to reach your limit. You
have the right to feel free instead of feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed, and lost.
Let’s work together to help you find your way back to yourself and learn to let go.
We all have our own struggles in life, but an empathic listening ear and additional support go a long way
in finding healthy ways to cope. You have the ability, strength, and courage to change and grow. You
have already made a massive step toward improving your life. I am here to provide a safe space and
guide you as you handle life’s challenges and transitions.
With six years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I will work with you to establish and
maintain healthy coping abilities, recognize your triggers and root problems, and create an action plan
for improved mental health.
Therapy is an excellent self-care practice that helps you recover from disappointment, stress, anxiety,
depression, grief, addiction, and past trauma. I can help you strengthen your self-care goals and create a
deeper understanding of yourself.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and interactive space for you as we explore challenging thoughts and
subjects that are hard to discuss with others. I assure you that you have the strength to turn your life
around, and I am here to guide you in your journey of self-discovery.
Collaboration and empathy are the core elements of my therapy approach. You are in control of your
life. You are the expert. I am just here to accompany you on this journey by guiding you, offering
insights, and assisting you in finding solutions.
When you allow yourself to explore with acceptance and understanding, you can experience profound
shifts in your life.
Allow me to help you grow without any pressure or judgment. I will provide you with the appropriate
tools and resources you need to let go of the fear and take steps forward. I aim to empower you by
addressing the issues, processing the triggers, finding your strengths, establishing solutions, and
embracing change.
You have already taken the first step by researching a therapist, and you deserve to find one you are
comfortable with. I am here to answer your questions and collaborate with you to create a personalized
plan to achieve your goals. Reach out, and let’s talk.
